Shipping policy
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All items are shipped directly from our commissary. Orders will be processed and will be delivered on the day the customer has specified. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
PERISHABLES
- All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality.
CUT-OFF
- Cut-off for next-day delivery is 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next day and will be delivered the following day.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
- We guarantee delivery only to the address you have provided. Shipments that the customer will redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses will automatically be canceled.
- Our products are freshly made every morning. The delivery dispatch time will hence be from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Kindly indicate in the note section upon check out your preferred delivery time so we can take note of this.
DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAYS
- There will be no delivery for December 24-25 and December 31,-January 01 due to Christmas and New Year’s Holiday. However, you may still place your orders through our Bizu branches for pickup.
